You Have an Emergency Involving your Pet ….
Stay calm. Be aware that even gentle pets may bite or become aggressive when ill or injured.
Call Masterson’s Vet Clinic at (740) 743-1426. During regular hours you will speak with one of our helpful receptionists. They will need to know what your emergency is and your estimated time of arrival so that we may prepare and be able to provide the best possible care for your pet. If you should have an emergency after hours, call our regular clinic number and follow the prompts to reach our doctor on call. Emergencies are seen until 10:00pm each night, this is for the safety of our staff. Calls after this time will be given the option/prompt to directly dial Diley Hill Animal Emergency Clinic.
If your pet has ingested something that you think may be poisonous, we recommend that you contact Pet Poison Helpline at 800-213-6680. A fee will be applied to your credit card for this call. If the veterinarian at Pet Poison Helpline recommends emergency care for your pet, write down your pet’s case number and contact Masterson’s Vet Clinic immediately.
